About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software company in München that is seeking a working student (m/w/d) to support their Marketing Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing degrees in business, communications, or related fields to gain hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and data management in a professional environment.

Our client operates in the enterprise software sector and maintains a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. This role offers approximately 15 hours per week with flexibility to accommodate your studies, along with remote work options several days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of automated marketing workflows and email campaigns within the marketing automation platform
• Maintain CRM database integrity through regular data quality checks and updates
• Manage lead uploads and ensure accurate contact integration into existing systems
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve marketing reporting processes
• Assist the content marketing team with development and execution of various themes and content formats

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communications, or a comparable field, ideally in an advanced semester
• Ideally some prior exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM tool through internships or academic projects
• Strong interest in data-related topics and willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Structured, detail-oriented work approach with the ability to take initiative
• German and English language skills at C1 level, both written and spoken
• Availability for approximately 15 hours per week
