What You'll Do

- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in accordance with safety protocols
- Inspect and test completed welds to ensure they meet quality, structural, and safety requirements
- Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and detailed work instructions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace at all times
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality staff to meet production targets and deadlines
- Document work completion and report any equipment issues or safety concerns
Requirements
- Class A Welding Certification or equivalent professional qualification
- Significant, verifiable experience working as a welder in industrial or manufacturing settings
- Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and work to technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Safety-conscious mindset and reliable adherence to workplace health and safety practices
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
