WEB is hiring for a full-time Outbound Sales (REMOTE) position across 2 Locations. This role offers an opportunity to drive new business growth through strategic prospecting and consultative client relationships.

The Opportunity

As an Outbound Sales professional at WEB, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted prospecting and outreach to build a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets
• Engage prospects through multiple channels, including phone, email, and video calls
• Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders through thoughtful, value-driven conversations
• Prepare and present solutions tailored to each prospect's specific challenges and goals
• Negotiate terms and close agreements while maintaining ethical sales practices
• Track all activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and success
