Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities at various stages of the sales cycle
  • Present compelling value propositions tailored to prospect needs and business context
  • Manage all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate pipeline visibility
  • Collaborate with account management and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and success
  • Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics and activity to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or inside sales roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value clearly and persuasively
  • Self-motivated, disciplined approach to remote work with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools; comfort learning new platforms quickly
  • Resilience and coachability, viewing rejection as a normal part of the sales process
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage time independently, and balance multiple competing priorities
  • Existing B2B sales experience strongly preferred
