Supervisor de Operaciones

Weir is seeking an experienced Supervisor de Operaciones to lead daily operational activities at our Cajamarca facility. In this full-time position, you'll oversee processes, manage teams, and drive operational excellence across our operations.

• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency
• Track key operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports
• Identify and resolve operational challenges and bottlenecks
• Collaborate with other departments to support facility-wide objectives

• Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
