Talent Sourcer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential talent acquisition organization seeking an Associate Talent Sourcer to join their remote team. In this role, you'll support recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging potential candidates across multiple channels, helping build strong talent pipelines for our client's hiring needs.

This is a remote position based in the United States, working standard business hours Monday through Friday (Central or Eastern time zones).

Responsibilities

• Review and post compelling job advertisements across various job boards to attract target candidates
• Process applications across all platforms in a timely and efficient manner
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods including online job boards, professional networking sites, and databases to identify qualified candidates
• Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, build relationships, and provide relevant information about opportunities
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscapes to optimize sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems and databases
• Work toward agreed-upon metrics to optimize sourcing strategy and maintain service levels
• Support recruiters with ad hoc sourcing and administrative tasks
• Present opportunities in an attractive manner to promote the employer brand
• Coordinate feedback and facilitate the recruitment process to ensure positive candidate experience
• Actively engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds to support inclusivity commitments
• Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest innovative ways to enhance efficiency

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma (bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred)
• 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Proficiency in various sourcing methods, including basic Boolean search techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building candidate relationships
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple candidate pipelines
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
• Professional demeanor when representing the organization to candidates
• Fluent English communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience conducting preliminary candidate assessments via phone or video interviews
