Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in Canada seeking a Night Care Coordinator to join their operations team. In this role, you will serve as the first reliable point of contact outside of regular business hours, ensuring seamless continuity of care for members.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Responding to member inquiries via chat and phone with professionalism and empathy, managing expectations around response timelines
• Coordinating non-clinical care needs, including navigation and follow-ups, while ensuring complete and accurate documentation
• Identifying urgent situations or cases requiring clinical escalation and routing requests to appropriate teams according to established protocols
• Delivering high-quality shift handovers, highlighting priority cases and pending actions to maintain care continuity
• Executing operational administrative tasks with rigor while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience and availability to work exclusively night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication skills and exceptional composure under pressure
• Sharp judgment and escalation discipline, with the ability to prioritize cases effectively
• High reliability, autonomy, and capacity to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Proficiency with documentation tools and adherence to confidentiality requirements
• Adaptability in a fast-paced operational environment
• Fluency in French is required for this role
