- Establish best practices for technology delivery and drive adoption across teams

- Foster communication between development teams, product, and business leadership
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing technology delivery or application development teams
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with resource planning and budget management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with distributed teams
