Customer Success Specialist – Fully Remote | Upto $50K/yr

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client in their search for a Customer Success Specialist to join their remote team. This is a contract role based in Argentina with substantial overlap required with Pacific Time hours.

Our client operates in the AI and SaaS space, connecting technical talent with innovative organizations. This role sits at the intersection of customer support and technical troubleshooting, requiring both engineering expertise and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve talent-reported issues from end to end, including reproducing bugs, identifying root causes, and distinguishing between UX friction, edge cases, and system defects
• Debug across AI and SaaS infrastructure using telemetry, logs, network inspection, and database queries to understand production behavior
• Triage issues with sound judgment, escalating true engineering problems while resolving others through configuration changes, prompt refinement, or user guidance
• Identify systemic patterns and product risks, surfacing insights to engineering and product leadership
• Create clear documentation and runbooks to reduce repeat issues and improve resolution speed
• Communicate with precision, professionalism, and empathy across all customer interactions

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Proven ability to debug web applications
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field from a top-tier institution, OR prior experience at a high-growth technology startup
• Experience building modern web applications using technologies such as React, Node, Flask, or Next.js
• 2–5 years of experience supporting customers on web applications
• Comfort working with AI systems, including experience with LLMs, agents, or generative models
• Hands-on experience exploring AI tool behavior through fine-tuning, prompt chains, chain-of-thought debugging, or building agents
• Understanding of model outputs, failure modes, hallucinations, and feedback loops

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with modern AI APIs or agent frameworks
