Product Manager Grower Experience (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that is building digital infrastructure for a traditional European industry. Our client is developing a platform that modernizes fragmented processes and creates shared digital standards across their sector.

We are seeking a Product Manager to own the development of applications used by production operators in this industry. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, with full ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and commercial KPIs for your domain.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for your designated product area
• Conduct weekly user interviews independently with production facility operators and build ongoing relationships with them
• Make regular on-site visits to production facilities (driving license required)
• Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering teams, co-leading user research and translating insights into concrete product decisions
• Define and track relevant KPIs for your product area, using analytics data to validate assumptions and make data-driven decisions
• Communicate roadmaps, PRDs, and product decisions clearly in both written and verbal formats
• Leverage AI tools throughout your workflow for prototyping, data analysis, and efficient product development alongside your engineering team
• Take full responsibility for your product area from strategy through release and commercial outcomes

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 4–5+ years of product management experience with B2B software products
• Proven experience conducting user interviews independently
• Willingness to make irregular on-site visits to production facilities (driving license required)
• Knowledge of common tracking and analytics tools
• Excellent written communication skills for roadmaps and product requirement documents
• Current AI experience: staying up-to-date with new developments and finding ways to use AI efficiently in your work and embedded within software teams
• Fluent German and very good English

Preferred:

• Experience with enterprise resource planning or retail/wholesale processes
• Software background combined with product management experience
