Graphic Designer

About This Role

We are representing a confidential EdTech organization seeking a Graphic Designer to join their monetization design team. This is a production-focused position working on paywalls, promotional campaigns, store assets, and other revenue-driving visuals. You'll collaborate closely with a senior designer and product marketing team, creating graphics within an established design system while seeing direct impact on product metrics.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a junior designer to grow in monetization and growth-focused design work, receive mentorship from experienced design leadership, and develop skills in conversion-oriented visual design.

Responsibilities

• Create graphic assets for monetization funnels including paywall screens, upsell elements, and promotional banners
• Design and adapt vector illustrations and UI graphics within the existing visual style
• Produce banners and visual assets for email marketing campaigns
• Prepare screenshots and visual assets for app stores, including updates and localizations
• Adapt existing creatives to different formats, sizes, and A/B test variations
• Create Lottie animations for monetization funnels
• Maintain visual consistency and quality across all monetization-related materials
• Collaborate with senior designers and product marketing team members
• Organize source files and follow internal naming and handoff guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Junior-level commercial experience in graphic design
• Experience generating images with AI tools such as Midjourney, Krea, or similar platforms
• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, vector illustrations, or marketing visuals
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop for daily use
• Ability to create vector illustrations independently
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals: color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work with feedback and iterate without compromising quality or deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for visual quality
• Location within Europe with working schedule overlapping CET plus or minus 3 hours

Preferred qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Lottie animations
• Formal art or design education
• Strong illustration skills and visual fundamentals
• Proactive attitude with willingness to suggest improvements
