Ohio Remote Clinical Therapist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telehealth psychology practice seeking licensed clinical therapists in Ohio. Our client operates a collaborative care-team model where clinicians work together to deliver exceptional patient outcomes while enjoying full administrative support and scheduling flexibility.

This remote position allows you to define your own availability and caseload—whether you prefer part-time hours or a full clinical schedule. You'll be part of a supportive clinical team rather than working in isolation, with access to peer consultation and clinical director oversight for treatment planning and case collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients via secure video platform
• Provide clinical treatment for clients presenting with adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral issues, PTSD, and substance abuse
• Enter and maintain appropriate clinical documentation in the organization's web-based EHR system according to established guidelines
• Collaborate with clinical directors and team members on treatment plans and case consultation
• Participate in peer support and knowledge-sharing through internal clinician platforms
• Develop ongoing therapeutic relationships with patients through consistent telehealth services

What We're Looking For

• Active, independent licensure in Ohio as LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD, or equivalent
• Strong computer skills and comfort using mobile devices and electronic medical records systems for patient charting and communication
• Ability to work effectively in a telehealth environment
• Empanelment or participation with commercial insurance plans helpful but not required
• Commitment to collaborative care and team-based treatment approaches
