Epic Radiant Team Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a healthcare organization seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Team Lead for a remote position based in the United States. This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned Epic Radiant professional who can provide stability, direction, and momentum to an established team.

Our client needs someone who can step in quickly, build relationships across clinical and IT stakeholders, and help keep priorities moving forward in a complex healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for an Epic Radiant team
• Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point for complex Radiant issues
• Prioritize and coordinate team workload, projects, enhancements, and ongoing support activities
• Partner with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to translate needs into effective Epic solutions
• Mentor analysts while maintaining accountability and momentum across the team
• Support planning, design, build, testing, implementation, optimization, and maintenance within Epic Radiant
• Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers; proactively drive issues toward resolution
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational priorities
• Communicate progress, priorities, and challenges clearly to stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Current Epic Radiant certification required
• Strong hands-on experience supporting, implementing, and optimizing Epic Radiant
• Previous experience as a team lead, application lead, or senior-level Radiant analyst with responsibility for guiding others
• Deep understanding of radiology workflows and operational processes supported by Epic Radiant
• Ability to quickly assess an existing environment, build relationships, and provide leadership with minimal ramp-up
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a complex healthcare setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently drive work forward
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Collaborative, flexible approach with willingness to remain hands-on when needed
• Consulting experience is a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Location: Remote (United States)
Travel: Limited; approximately 1–2 trips per year, potentially up to one week at a time
Start Date: As soon as possible
