Implementation Consultant

Storyteq is recruiting a full-time Implementation Consultant in the United Kingdom to guide enterprise clients through the successful deployment of sophisticated marketing technology platforms. You'll act as the vital bridge between pre-sales strategy and on-the-ground delivery, ensuring global brands unlock maximum value from their marketing technology investments.

Role Overview

As an Implementation Consultant at Storyteq, you'll be central to transforming visionary strategy into working reality. You'll work with recognised global brands to reshape how they create, govern, and publish marketing content at scale. Your role combines technical acumen with stakeholder management, guiding clients through the complexities of platform deployment whilst ensuring their teams are equipped to drive adoption and success.

What You'll Do

• Own implementation projects from initiation through deployment, maintaining timelines and budgets whilst prioritising client satisfaction
• Conduct detailed workshops to uncover business drivers, operational workflows, governance models, and technical infrastructure needs
• Counsel clients on marketing technology best practices and strategies to maximise platform adoption
• Define bespoke platform configurations and orchestrate integrations with existing systems
• Coordinate with internal teams spanning configuration, product management, engineering, support, and customer success
• Establish migration pathways that allow seamless transitions between legacy and new systems
• Collaborate with third-party agencies to deliver integrated solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive long-term satisfaction and platform usage
• Deliver persuasive presentations that resonate with senior leadership
• Track project milestones, identify risks early, and manage dependencies to ensure successful delivery
• Facilitate go-live activities and provide post-deployment support to ensure smooth transitions

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience implementing SaaS platforms
• Solid grounding in the marketing technology landscape
• Proven ability to facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Capability to convert business requirements into technical configurations and system designs
• Demonstrated success managing complex client implementations with excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong presentation skills that work for both technical practitioners and non-technical stakeholders
• Working knowledge of data migration and systems integration approaches
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised with strong project management discipline, including meticulous documentation and dependency tracking
• Competence with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects and deliver consistently against deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and nurture relationships
• Openness to continuous professional development and emerging practices
