Produktmanager (m/w/d) in Hamburg oder Remote

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Product Manager to join their team in Hamburg or remotely. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partnership management with insurance carriers, including onboarding new providers, negotiating commission structures, conducting annual reviews, offering marketing packages, and securing competitive rates
• Act as subject matter expert for brokers on health insurance, life insurance, property/casualty, and commercial lines
• Negotiate attractive coverage concepts and special promotions with insurance partners
• Take ownership of expanding and optimizing the company's tariff calculation platform
• Play a key role in implementing seasonal and ongoing sales campaigns and public events
• Support internal service teams with technical expertise to deliver excellent member service
• Collaborate closely with product teams and contribute your expertise constructively
• Manage quality assurance in the area of claims ratios
• Monitor the market continuously to identify new products and insurance partners for the platform
• Maintain a strong focus on the end customer perspective by working with insurance carriers to optimize processes, simplify workflows, and automate tasks using technology and AI

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills and strong self-organization abilities
• High intrinsic motivation, above-average quality standards, and a drive to make an impact
• Strong comprehension skills to quickly grasp complex digital topics
• Ideally, prior experience working at an insurance broker network or professional brokerage firm with strong expertise in health, life, property/casualty, or commercial insurance lines
• Pronounced negotiation skills and interest in continuous professional development
• Fluency in German is essential for this role
