Werkstudent im Prozess- und Projektmanagement (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential industrial services organization in Leverkusen seeking a working student to support ongoing digitalization initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Contribute to various projects including planning and implementing new IT systems and optimizing supporting processes
• Create and maintain project documentation and training materials
• Prepare and assist with workshops and training sessions
• Provide administrative and practical support to teams digitalizing manual, paper-based processes

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a student contributor with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• Initial experience in project management or process management is advantageous
• Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in IT systems, implementation support, and programming
• Enthusiasm for digitalization and automation technologies
• Independent and structured working style
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process with Get A Job.ai. The role is part-time (20 hours per week during term, with potential for increased hours during semester breaks) and pay varies based on degree level (Bachelor/Master).
