Analyst – Responsible End Markets

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential producer responsibility organization focused on circular economy and recycling systems. We are seeking an Analyst to support a national Responsible End Markets program that ensures recyclers, brokers, and material recovery facilities meet state compliance requirements. This is a fully remote position based anywhere in the United States.

In this role, you will manage documentation, data quality, and stakeholder communications that keep end market verification workflows accurate and compliant. You'll maintain databases, prepare dashboards and reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analytics, technical services, and state program groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-attestation and verification processes for responsible end markets, conducting outreach to recyclers, brokers, and MRFs to collect required documentation and reporting data
• Analyze missing data, manage follow-ups, escalate compliance issues, and administer support inbox submissions
• Maintain up-to-date records, perform data quality checks, coordinate corrections, and provide feedback for database product enhancements
• Maintain dashboards tracking certification status, end market volumes, and key performance indicators for internal teams
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; support data validation and extrapolate insights to inform decision-making
• Collaborate with material services teams to quantify and target facility investment impact
• Assist in audit coordination with external certification bodies

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Public Policy, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, corporate sustainability, compliance, operations, or environmental/recycling systems
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage documentation at scale and maintain clean data governance
• Proficiency with Office 365, databases, CRM/workflow tools, and PowerBI dashboards
• Experience with Salesforce and software product management is beneficial
• Familiarity with recycling systems, manufacturing processes, third-party certification, and supply chain documentation preferred
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment at a rapid pace with flexibility
