Werkstudent PMO (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction and real estate organization seeking a working student to support their Project Management Office (PMO) team. In this role, you will:

• Support the PMO team with transformation, digitalization, and AI projects while gaining insight into strategic company initiatives
• Assist in analyzing existing business processes and help identify opportunities for digitalization and automation
• Research new digital technologies, tools, and AI applications, and support their selection and implementation
• Create evaluations, presentations, and project documentation to support project management
• Help capture and prepare project metrics and monitor time, quality, and budget targets
• Support the further development of project management standards, methods, and tools

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program
• Interest in project management, digital transformation, and innovative technologies, particularly in the AI space
• Enjoys analyzing complex topics and developing solutions
• Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or university projects
• Proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Microsoft Planner, Power BI, MS Project, or comparable tools is a plus
• Strong initiative, team spirit, and open communication style
