Working Student, Growth & Strategy (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global software organization seeking a Working Student to support their Growth & Strategy function. This is a remote position based in Germany, offering hands-on experience in go-to-market strategy, competitive analysis, and revenue operations. You'll work directly with senior leadership on high-impact projects that shape commercial execution across the business.

Location: Remote (Germany)
Hours: Maximum 20 hours per week during semester
Requirements: Must be currently enrolled at a German university with valid proof of enrollment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung) and hold a valid work/residence permit for Germany

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of strategic go-to-market initiatives, tracking milestones and managing stakeholder inputs to ensure measurable outcomes
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in commercial processes, proposing frameworks that improve organizational scalability
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking, synthesizing findings into executive-ready briefings and recommendations
• Translate complex data and analysis into structured, concise presentations for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evolving strategic priorities as they emerge

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, venture-backed companies, or management consultancy is a strong advantage
• Analytical mindset that goes beyond surface-level data—you question assumptions and draw independent, well-reasoned conclusions
• Takes initiative and ownership: identifies problems, proposes solutions, and follows through without needing constant direction
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where established playbooks don't exist
• Ability to structure complex ideas and produce concise, high-quality written output for senior audiences
• Collaborative and adaptable, working effectively across functions and adjusting to shifting priorities
• Fluent in English
