Software Developer for ThinkRail (Innovation Hub)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential developer tools organization seeking a Software Developer to join an innovation-focused project building a declarative programming language for AI-spec-driven development. In this role, you will:

• Build and evolve VS Code and IntelliJ IDEA plugins for the project's language tooling
• Develop the language server, including analysis, completion, diagnostics, and verification capabilities
• Improve the evaluator that transforms specifications into code and detects specification and code drift
• Integrate the language with AI agent frameworks (such as Koog, LangGraph, and Spring AI) and protocols like MCP and ACP
• Contribute to product, tooling, and architecture decisions as the system moves from alpha to production-ready status

• Interest in or experience with AI agents and their orchestration in real-world systems
