Warehouse Trainer (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential logistics organization that is transforming warehouse operations in the Frankfurt area. Our client needs an experienced Warehouse Trainer to lead onboarding, skill development, and performance coaching for their growing operations team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with warehouse employees, helping new hires become productive quickly and supporting existing team members in continuous improvement. You'll be a bridge between management and the floor, shaping culture and building capabilities across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs for new warehouse employees
• Train staff across different warehouse departments and operational processes
• Develop and refine training materials, methods, and delivery approaches
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and motivational support to help employees improve
• Identify skill gaps and create practical improvement plans for individuals and teams
• Monitor adherence to warehouse procedures and safety protocols
• Collaborate with management on training effectiveness, progress tracking, and development initiatives
• Support the rollout of new processes and ensure team understanding and adoption
• Serve as the go-to resource for daily questions, guidance, and support on the warehouse floor
• Model organizational culture, teamwork, and a customer-focused mindset

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of training or coaching experience; warehouse or operations background is a strong plus
• Open-minded, hands-on approach with comfort in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Strong communication skills and natural ability to connect with and develop people
• Calm under pressure with the ability to make quick, fair decisions
• Structured and detail-oriented with a focus on helping others succeed
• Comfortable using digital tools, apps, and new technologies
• Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
• Customer-oriented mindset, even in operational settings
• Professional working proficiency in English or German required; additional languages are a strong advantage
