Warehouse Trainer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization seeking a Warehouse Trainer to drive onboarding, performance, and culture within their fulfillment operations in Garching bei München, Germany.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping warehouse team members learn, improve, and succeed from day one. Your day-to-day will include:

• Coordinating and delivering onboarding programs for new warehouse staff
• Training employees across multiple warehouse areas and operational processes
• Developing and refining training materials and delivery methods
• Providing regular feedback, motivation, and performance coaching
• Identifying support needs and creating practical development plans
• Ensuring adherence to warehouse standards, safety protocols, and procedures
• Collaborating closely with operations leadership on training and development initiatives
• Supporting the rollout of new warehouse processes and helping teams understand changes
• Evaluating training effectiveness and implementing continuous improvements
• Serving as a go-to resource for questions and support on the warehouse floor
• Modeling company culture, teamwork, and customer focus in all interactions

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who combines training expertise with operational awareness and a genuine passion for developing people.

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a training or coaching capacity
• Hands-on mentality and comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong communication skills and natural ease working with diverse teams
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make fair, quick decisions
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with focus on developing others
• Comfort using apps, digital tools, and learning new technologies
• Self-directed, proactive work style
• Strong customer orientation, even in an operational role
• Very good English or German language skills

Preferred:

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Additional language capabilities
