Wir vertreten einen IT-Dienstleister in Hamburg, der Unternehmen bei Systemintegration, Netzwerken und IT-Sicherheit unterstützt. Zum 01.02.2027 bietet unser Mandant eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) an.
Diese Ausbildung kombiniert Berufsschulunterricht mit praktischer Arbeit im IT-Support und der Systemadministration. Du wirst direkt in Kundenprojekte eingebunden und lernst, wie moderne IT-Infrastrukturen aufgebaut, betreut und abgesichert werden.
Aufgaben während der Ausbildung
- Einrichtung, Wartung und Administration von IT-Systemen
- Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware und Software
- Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen
- Kundenbetreuung bei IT-Fragen und Problemen
- Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit (Firewall, Backups, Cybersecurity-Maßnahmen)
- Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Microsoft 365 Umgebungen
- Dokumentation von Lösungen und technischen Vorgängen
