About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential mobility technology client in Munich seeking a Working Student for Business Development & Growth Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced business development and sales professionals, actively driving business growth and shaping strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market and potential analyses to identify customer segments, use cases, and prioritize sales and growth initiatives
- Support the development of scalable and efficient processes for introducing new products, features, and business models
- Accompany strategic initiatives from conception through operational piloting of new solutions
- Independently create and maintain dashboards for tracking relevant KPIs and performance metrics
- Monitor market and competitive developments, deriving valuable insights for sales and management
- Support the sales team in preparing key documents and customer meetings
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled student, ideally with initial practical experience from startup, consulting, or strategy environments
- Strong analytical skills with structured working style and ability to grasp complex relationships quickly
- Data-driven decision-making approach based on facts and analysis
- Hands-on mentality with ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills for new challenges
- Team player with drive to contribute ideas and make an impact
- Clear communication skills with ability to present results convincingly to various stakeholders
- Fluent German (negotiation-level) and very good English language skills required
