Regional HR Manager – EMEA

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Regional HR Manager for EMEA. This is a strategic leadership role within a globally distributed company that operates across 75+ countries with a remote-first culture. You'll lead a regional HR team, partner with senior leadership, and drive people initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the EMEA HR team to deliver compliant, precise HR operations across multiple jurisdictions
• Partner with senior stakeholders on performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, and workforce planning
• Own and advise on the full spectrum of employee relations issues across EMEA countries
• Drive talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, and culture initiatives
• Design and implement HR policies and lead business-critical HR projects with global impact
• Establish trusted partnerships with people managers and support delivery of training and development programs
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the region
• Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and inform strategic HR decisions
• Collaborate closely with the broader global People team to create seamless cross-regional processes

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Exceptional academic background from high school through university
• Proven HR leadership experience managing initiatives across multiple regions within a technology business
• People management experience leading HR professionals
• Demonstrated business partnering skills with senior stakeholders
• Hands-on approach—comfortable balancing strategic leadership with day-to-day HR execution
• Experience working in a remote-first organization
• Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Deep knowledge and practical implementation of HR practices and employment law across EMEA jurisdictions
• Experience handling and overseeing complex employee relations matters across multiple countries
• Fluent business English (written and spoken)
• Self-motivated, organized, accurate, confident, results-oriented, and enthusiastic
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times annually for internal events

Nice to Have:

• Experience with immigration policies and mobility processes
• Professional HR qualification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent)
• Facilitation skills
