Graduate HR Generalist – APAC

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Graduate HR Generalist to support their APAC region. Our client is a globally distributed company with teams across 75+ countries, operating at the forefront of enterprise software and innovation. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to build a career in HR within a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

As part of our talent team at Get A Job.ai, we're looking for someone who can work independently, communicate effectively across cultures and time zones, and help shape HR processes for a growing organization. You'll be based remotely in the APAC region and work closely with colleagues worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to team members across APAC, responding to questions about employment, contracts, onboarding, benefits, and employment verifications
• Maintain the HRIS system with a high degree of accuracy, processing employee changes, new joiners, and ensuring data integrity
• Own and execute global HR projects including engagement initiatives, training programs, and culture-building activities
• Partner with managers and employees to support HR processes and drive people strategy within your areas of responsibility
• Process new hires including country-specific documentation, file creation, systems setup, and coordination of introductory reviews
• Support benefits enrollment and payroll processing, ensuring monthly data is submitted accurately and on time
• Liaise with payroll providers to ensure smooth salary payments
• Create purchase orders for internal departments as needed
• Conduct regular audits of employment files and systems to ensure compliance with GDPR and local regulations
• Continuously identify process improvements to enhance the HR function

What We're Looking For

• Strong academic track record from high school through graduate studies
• Internship or early career experience in an HR or People team (technology industry experience is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across different cultures
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize complex workloads and manage time effectively under pressure
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with meticulous attention to accuracy
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
• Flexible, adaptable attitude with openness to change
• Proactive mindset with willingness to contribute ideas and take initiative
• Ambition to grow a long-term career in Human Resources
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times per year for internal team events
