About This Position

Takeda is seeking an experienced Paramedic/EMT-P to join our emergency medical services team in Loveland. In this role, you'll respond promptly to emergency calls, assess patients in the field, and provide advanced pre-hospital care using clinical judgment and evidence-based protocols. Your expertise will be essential in stabilizing patients and coordinating their safe transport to appropriate medical facilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency service calls and provide rapid patient assessment and care
• Administer advanced life support treatments and medications according to established protocols
• Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment and vehicles
• Document patient care details accurately and thoroughly for medical and legal records
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff, dispatch, and team members during patient transport
• Collaborate with other emergency responders and healthcare professionals at scene and en route
• Maintain current certifications and participate in ongoing medical training and education

What We're Looking For

• Current Paramedic certification or EMT-Paramedic credential
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Current CPR/BLS certification through recognized provider
• Strong clinical knowledge of emergency medical protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform the demanding requirements of emergency response
• Commitment to patient care, safety, and professional standards
