Tutor/Lehrkraft Produkt/Projekt/Change Management (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential EdTech organization seeking a Tutor/Instructor for Product/Project/Change Management to guide learners through professional development programs. In this role, you will provide both technical and pedagogical support to participants throughout their training journey.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Answering learner questions on specialized topics in written and verbal formats
• Delivering and reinforcing training content through live sessions, webinars, classrooms, and individual learning support
• Supporting participants through uncertainties in the learning process, exercises, and projects
• Conducting and evaluating final examinations and determining training success outcomes
• Creating, preparing, and developing learning materials covering Product Management, Project Management, and Change Management, including common frameworks such as Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and OKR
• Ensuring quality of existing training programs and providing feedback to the learning team
• Conducting individual coaching sessions and supporting onboarding of new team members

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Completed degree in a quantitative, analytical, business, or technical field, or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: Product Management, Project Management, or Change Management
• Familiarity with common methods and frameworks such as Agile/Scrum, Kanban, OKR, and classical project management methodologies, along with associated tools like Asana, Jira, Miro, or Mural
• Experience with reporting and roadmapping, plus fundamental understanding of data and analysis
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, or Excel is a plus
• Didactic experience in conveying technical or specialized content to non-technical audiences
• Understanding of pedagogical concepts for adult education and online learning
• Strong customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication skills, and constructive feedback culture
• Hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility
• Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level)
