KI Tutor/Lehrkraft (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential EdTech organization in Berlin that is looking for an AI Tutor to support learners developing practical AI competencies. In this role, you will:

• Answer learner questions about generative AI, large language models, and responsible AI use (both written and verbal)
• Deliver and deepen training content through live sessions, webinars, classrooms, and individual learning support
• Guide participants through uncertainties in the learning process, exercises, and projects
• Conduct and evaluate final assessments and make decisions on training success
• Create, prepare, and develop learning materials around practical GenAI/LLM skills, foundational AI/ML competency, and responsible, ethical AI deployment
• Ensure quality of existing training programs and provide feedback to the learning team
• Conduct individual coaching sessions and support onboarding of new team members

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in a quantitative, analytical, or technical field
• Strong knowledge of modern AI concepts, especially generative AI with focus on large language models, including understanding of training data, models, evaluation, and typical AI limitations (Machine Learning and Deep Learning are a plus)
• Hands-on experience using LLMs (e.g., prompt engineering, workflow integration, agents) and no-code/low-code AI tools
• Experience with simple API clients (e.g., Postman, curl); strong Python skills plus experience with SQL, Power BI, or Excel are advantageous
• Awareness of ethical, legal, and organizational aspects of AI applications, plus interest in current developments in the AI sector
• Teaching experience delivering technical or specialized content to non-technical audiences, with understanding of adult education and online training concepts
• High customer and service orientation, empathy, clear communication, and constructive feedback culture
• Hands-on mentality, team spirit, resilience, and flexibility
• Excellent German and English skills (minimum C1 level)
