CRA2 – Multi-Sponsor Department

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential clinical research organization seeking a CRA2 for their multi-sponsor department. This is a remote position based in the United States, offering the opportunity to work across diverse investigative sites and therapeutic areas. Responsibilities

• Perform site monitoring visits including selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
• Collaborate with sites to develop, drive, and track subject recruitment plans aligned with project timelines
• Deliver protocol and study training to assigned sites and maintain regular communication to manage expectations and resolve issues
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices, ensuring proper protocol conduct and regulatory compliance, escalating quality issues as needed
• Track study progress including regulatory submissions and approvals, recruitment and enrollment, case report form completion, and data query resolution
• Ensure all required site documents are properly filed in the Trial Master File (TMF) and verify Investigator's Site Files (ISF) meet GCP and local regulatory requirements
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including monitoring visit reports, follow-up letters, and other study documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional study team members to support project execution

What We're Looking For

• Experience conducting independent on-site monitoring visits
• Proven track record managing multiple clinical trial protocols across diverse investigative sites
• In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
• Life science degree or equivalent industry experience
• Flexibility to travel to clinical sites as required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
