Dental Claims Approver II

We are representing a confidential insurance organization seeking a Dental Claims Approver II to join their remote team. Responsibilities

• Review and process dental claims that cannot be automatically processed by the mainframe system
• Apply state laws to the processing of initial claims and appeals
• Refer claims to consulting dentists to determine necessity of treatment
• Investigate and respond to written appeals, inquiries, and complaints
• Follow up on claims requiring additional information or pending in the system
• Process data entered, scanned, and electronically submitted dental claims with accuracy and timeliness
• Meet and maintain productivity and quality goals consistently
• Work overtime during peak seasons as required

• Willing to work overtime when requested
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Schedule: 40 hours per week. During training, start time will be between 6:00 AM PST and 8:00 AM PST. The department operates from 6:00 AM EST to 9:00 PM EST.
