Senior Salesforce Developer (Temporary)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a temporary engagement in Berlin. Our talent team is working with a global organization that relies on Salesforce to power critical sales and customer care operations.

This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany, offering the opportunity to work with a mature Salesforce engineering team on high-impact platform integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Salesforce development team to deliver integration initiatives connecting Salesforce with the organization's core technical platform
• Develop custom Lightning Web Components and Apex solutions following established design patterns and best practices
• Contribute to and help evolve the team's development quality standards and architectural decisions
• Work within a modern CI/CD workflow using Visual Studio Code, Git, and SFDX tooling
• Collaborate with administrators to maintain a coherent package architecture and determine when custom development is required beyond declarative Flow solutions
• Participate actively in product and technical discussions, bringing your expertise to support critical technical decisions
• Deploy code to production in a fast-paced environment with multiple daily releases

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of commercial Salesforce development experience with Lightning Web Components and Apex
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce application architecture and software design principles
• Strong experience with automated testing in Salesforce environments
• Proficiency with modern development tools: Visual Studio Code (or similar IDE), Git, and AI-assisted development tooling
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CI/CD deployments
• Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications (required)
• Collaborative communication style with experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (preferred)
• Familiarity with test-driven development and Jest testing frameworks (preferred)
