Senior Delivery Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is reimagining how modern payment products are delivered to consumers. Our client partners with leading retail and consumer brands to launch innovative financial programs, and they need an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex partner implementations from end to end.

This is a remote opportunity based in the United States, reporting into the Solutions Engineering team. You'll own the delivery lifecycle for multiple concurrent partner programs, coordinating across technical, product, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integrations and successful launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of partner implementations, managing multiple concurrent workstreams from scoping through launch and stabilization
• Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for partner stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams including product, engineering, compliance, and go-to-market
• Translate partner and business requirements into clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
• Work closely with technical teams to define integration scope, troubleshoot issues in real time, and guide partners through APIs, payment processing flows, and operational dependencies
• Build and maintain delivery timelines and status reporting to keep all stakeholders aligned on progress and priorities
• Proactively identify delivery risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues with clear context and recommended solutions
• Build and refine delivery processes, frameworks, and reporting to increase visibility and improve consistency across implementations
• Partner with product and engineering to surface partner feedback and ensure integration solutions are scalable and aligned with platform roadmap
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to drive efficiency across the delivery lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in technical delivery management, program management, or complex integration delivery
• Meaningful experience in payments, fintech, or financial services environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, multi-stakeholder implementation projects with a structured and analytical approach
• Strong understanding of payments infrastructure including payment processing, card networks, ACH, and related systems
• Experience working directly with external partners or clients during technical implementations
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and e-commerce platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders
• High level of ownership with the ability to proactively drive priorities, unblock teams, and push programs to completion
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to explore how emerging technologies can enhance delivery
• Collaborative mindset with a problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail
• Experience in co-branded credit card programs or card issuing/processing is a plus
