Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) Recruiting & Employer Branding

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a working student to support their talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Manage the full recruiting cycle from application review through interview coordination to onboarding, actively shaping the candidate experience at every touchpoint
• Contribute to employer branding efforts by crafting compelling job postings, maintaining the company's presence on employer review platforms, and designing onboarding experiences that give new colleagues a strong start
• Organize team events ranging from regular team lunches to larger annual celebrations, ensuring the workplace culture thrives beyond daily operations
• Collaborate closely with the HR team as a core member from day one, not as support staff
• Take ownership of assigned projects with genuine responsibility and autonomy

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Psychology, Communications, Human Resources Management, or a comparable field
• Initial exposure to recruiting or employer branding through internships, previous working student positions, or university projects
• Strong language skills and communication ability with an understanding of how to engage different target audiences
• Structured, reliable work approach even when managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Organizational talent and enthusiasm for coordinating events
• Strong interpersonal communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Desirable: familiarity with HR systems such as Personio
