About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential sustainability technology organization seeking a Founders Associate Intern (all genders) in Berlin. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the leadership team, gaining comprehensive insights into all aspects of startup operations and strategic development. You'll support critical company initiatives and contribute to projects that drive organizational growth in the sustainability sector.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Support: Collaborate with the operations leadership on developing and implementing company strategies and growth initiatives
• Project Management: Support the coordination of projects across various business areas, ensuring goals are met and deadlines are maintained
• Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market and competitive analyses, and prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making processes
• Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing processes to increase efficiency and ensure quality standards
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and represent the Head of Operations in meetings
• Ad-hoc Support: Provide flexible support for ad-hoc requests and daily operational tasks

What We're Looking For

• Education: Current studies in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Sustainability, or a comparable field
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to quickly grasp complex issues and conduct data-driven analysis
• Project Management Experience: Initial experience in project management, ideally in a dynamic or fast-growing environment
• Communication Strength: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
• Hands-on Mentality: High level of initiative, flexibility, and willingness to take responsibility in a rapidly changing environment
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong interest in startups, business models, and sustainable growth
