Senior Customer Success Manager with French

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential hospitality technology client seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager with fluent French to join their London operation. In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of SMB and mid-market hospitality customers, acting as their strategic partner to drive retention, product adoption, and revenue growth.

You will build success plans aligned to customer business goals and deliver measurable outcomes through data-driven recommendations. Your day-to-day will include analyzing customer health metrics, transaction trends, and engagement data to proactively identify risks and expansion opportunities. You'll lead impactful business reviews that influence stakeholder behavior and guide restaurant operators through operational workflows, integrations, and optimization strategies.

Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll partner with account management, product, support, and marketing teams to deliver thoughtful solutions. This position requires balancing strategic account planning with high-volume portfolio management in a fast-paced environment, helping hospitality operators transform their guest experiences through innovative SaaS solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent French language skills are mandatory
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or customer-facing SaaS roles
• Proven experience managing portfolios of SMB, mid-market, or strategic accounts
• Demonstrated measurable customer impact across retention, adoption, and expansion metrics
• Proactive and strategic approach to prioritizing competing customer needs
• Ability to influence customers, create urgency, and drive accountability through consultative conversations
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Commercial mindset with skills to identify growth opportunities through discovery and data analysis
• Ability to simplify complex operational and product workflows into clear, actionable recommendations
• Highly data-driven with experience using tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Tableau, Looker, Vitally, ChurnZero, or similar platforms
• Ability to connect product adoption and customer behavior to measurable business outcomes and ROI
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and changing priorities
• Collaborative, coachable, and naturally curious personality
