Senior Customer Success Manager with Italian

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology client seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager with Italian language skills to join their London team. In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of SMB and mid-market hospitality customers, driving retention, product adoption, and revenue expansion.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of hospitality customers across retention, adoption, optimization, and expansion opportunities
• Building strategic success plans aligned to customer business goals and driving measurable outcomes
• Analyzing customer health metrics, adoption patterns, transaction trends, and ROI data to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities
• Guiding customers through operational workflows, integrations, feature adoption, and optimization strategies as a product expert
• Leading impactful business reviews and customer conversations that influence stakeholder behavior and drive action
• Partnering cross-functionally with account management, product, support, and marketing teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
• Balancing strategic account planning with high-volume portfolio management in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

You must speak fluent Italian – this is a mandatory requirement for the role.

Our ideal candidate brings:

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or other customer-facing SaaS roles
• Experience managing a portfolio of SMB, mid-market, or strategic accounts
• Demonstrated measurable customer impact across retention, adoption, and expansion
• Proactive and strategic approach to prioritizing competing customer needs
• Ability to influence customers, create urgency, and drive accountability through consultative conversations
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities through customer discovery and data
• Skill in simplifying complex operational and product workflows into clear, actionable recommendations
• Data-driven approach with experience using tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Tableau, Looker, Vitally, ChurnZero, or similar platforms
• Ability to connect product adoption and customer behavior to measurable business outcomes and ROI
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and changing priorities
• Collaborative, coachable, and naturally curious approach to problem-solving
