About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential legal services organization seeking Employment Lawyers to support clients across diverse industries on complex UK, EMEA, and international employment law matters. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified employment lawyers to work on sophisticated advisory matters in a flexible working environment.
Responsibilities
- Advise on contentious and non-contentious UK employment law matters, including employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, senior exits, redundancies, restructurings, and settlement agreements
- Support sensitive employment matters, including workplace investigations, whistleblowing complaints, misconduct, discrimination, harassment, bullying, senior employee issues, and complex terminations
- Partner with HR, legal, commercial, procurement, and senior business stakeholders on EMEA and international employment matters, including cross-border workforce issues, policies, training, change management, and workforce risk
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documentation, including employment contracts, settlement agreements, senior executive agreements, retention arrangements, transfer documentation, policy documents, contract templates, and TUPE-related documentation
What We're Looking For
- Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK, or equivalent overseas qualification with strong UK employment law experience
- Demonstrated experience advising on UK employment law matters, including employee relations, workplace investigations, grievances, disciplinary processes, terminations, redundancies, restructurings, and settlement agreements
- Experience supporting corporations, in-house legal teams, HR teams, or senior business stakeholders on complex, sensitive, contentious, and non-contentious employment issues
- Exposure to EMEA or international employment law, cross-border advisory work, TUPE, senior exits, discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, workforce risk, outsourcing arrangements, or employment-related commercial matters
