About This Role

We are representing a confidential education and training organization in Germany that is seeking Microsoft Certified Trainers to deliver IT instruction across multiple locations. This position offers both permanent employment and freelance options, providing flexibility for experienced IT educators who hold current Microsoft certifications.

As part of our client's teaching team, you will deliver specialized Microsoft training modules to adult learners participating in career development and reskilling programs. The role involves conducting classes both online and in-person, working with diverse student groups who are advancing their IT skills and credentials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction on Microsoft Teams Administrator topics, including configuring, deploying, and managing Microsoft 365 workloads (MS-700)
• Teach Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate curriculum (MD-102)
• Conduct training sessions on Microsoft Windows Server
• Facilitate learning for heterogeneous groups of adult learners in both virtual and classroom settings
• Maintain current knowledge of Microsoft technologies and certification requirements
• Support students through government-funded educational programs

What We're Looking For

• Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status with current, relevant Microsoft certifications
• Proven teaching experience in adult education, ideally within subsidized or funded training environments (documentation required)
• Completed IT degree or vocational IT qualification
• Strong English language skills
• Comfort working with diverse student populations and varying skill levels
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with Microsoft technologies
