About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential marketing agency in Hamburg that specializes in digital recruiting solutions. Our client is building advanced internal systems to automate workflows and integrate AI across their operations. They're seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to help design, implement, and optimize automation infrastructure using modern no-code and low-code platforms.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly on production systems that impact business outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to experiment with cutting-edge AI tools and automation platforms while developing practical skills in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize automations using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Integrate AI capabilities into business processes
• Develop data pipelines including scraping, enrichment, and lead processing
• Set up and maintain databases (e.g., Airtable, Supabase)
• Integrate APIs from CRM systems, data providers, and external tools
• Evolve internal systems and processes to improve efficiency
• Identify manual workflows and automate them
• Document and structure technical systems for team use

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, AI, or a comparable technical/analytical program
• Practical experience with no-code and low-code tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms
• Experience working with AI tools and models like OpenAI, ChatGPT API, Claude, or comparable systems
• Foundational understanding of APIs, data structures, and automated workflows
• Optional: programming experience or comfort working with code
• Strong logical, analytical, and structured thinking abilities
• Proven ability to independently analyze technical challenges and develop solutions
• Quick learner with high execution speed
• Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for testing new tools and technologies independently
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based role
