MedTech Behavioral Scientist (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential MedTech organization backed by accomplished serial entrepreneurs. Our client is launching cutting-edge initiatives and seeking a Behavioral Scientist to join a new remote department focused on rapid 0-to-1 execution.

This is a 100% remote position open to candidates based in Europe or the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core product initiatives from concept through launch in the MedTech domain
• Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production
• Architect scalable behavioral science frameworks and solutions to achieve strong market validation
• Drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth
• Report directly to the department founder and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders

What We're Looking For

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to remote/relocation arrangements)
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in behavioral science
• Track record of taking extreme end-to-end ownership on complex initiatives
• Ability to execute rapidly without extensive process or approval layers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Entrepreneurial approach: you prioritize fast execution and market validation over presentations and process
