HR Operations Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential clinical research organization seeking an HR Operations Analyst to join their Human Resources team in Argentina. In this hands-on role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for HR support, working directly with employees and managers to ensure smooth onboarding, policy implementation, and positive employee experiences. You'll collaborate with experienced HR professionals who will mentor and support your professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR information systems with accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with HR compliance activities related to employment laws and regulations
• Contribute to the preparation of HR reports and analytics
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
• Coordinate orientation sessions and introductory meetings for new employees
• Contribute to the development and improvement of onboarding programs
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information
• Ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming introduction to the organization

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or related roles
• Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and functions
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and applicant tracking systems
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive employee information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
