About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential international certification organization in their search for a Head of Integrity Data and Innovations based in Bonn, Germany. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to lead transformative data analytics and innovation initiatives that strengthen global integrity systems.

Our client operates at the intersection of environmental stewardship, global supply chain assurance, and risk management. This senior leadership position will drive the strategic use of data analytics, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to enhance risk detection, decision-making, and organizational credibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrity data, analytics, and innovation strategy aligned with organizational priorities
• Own the vision, roadmap, and prioritization of integrity data products and capabilities
• Lead the innovation portfolio, managing initiatives from opportunity identification through pilot design, implementation, and adoption
• Oversee integrity analytics to identify patterns, trends, and emerging risks, translating complex data into actionable insights
• Identify and prioritize applications of advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, geospatial intelligence, and emerging technologies to address integrity risks
• Lead development and continuous improvement of integrity data products, dashboards, analytical tools, and reporting capabilities
• Ensure effective integration of certification, transaction, geospatial, and external data sources to strengthen integrity analysis
• Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making and evidence-based innovation across the organization
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal functions, technology providers, research institutions, NGOs, academia, and assurance organizations
• Promote transparency by communicating integrity insights, analyses, and evidence to relevant stakeholders
• Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing multidisciplinary team with expertise in data analytics, innovation management, and product ownership

What We're Looking For

• Advanced university degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Environmental Sciences, or related field
• 8-10+ years of experience in data analytics, innovation, integrity, compliance, or related fields
• Proven track record leading innovation programs, building data-enabled capabilities, and driving organizational change
• Experience managing innovation portfolios, including piloting, evaluating, and scaling new technologies and methodologies
• Data, Product Management, Agile, or related certifications are advantageous
• Strong expertise in data analytics, data management, visualization, and reporting tools
• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Owner, or strategic lead for data-driven capabilities and solutions
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate emerging technologies and business challenges into practical solutions
• Experience integrating and analyzing diverse datasets, including geospatial, sustainability, and risk-related data
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies, with experience applying them to risk or integrity challenges
• Ability to build strategic partnerships with technology providers, research institutions, and innovation networks
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset
• Experience working in multicultural and global environments with demonstrated cultural awareness

Position Details: Full-time (40 hours per week), temporary contract for 2 years with extension possible subject to satisfactory performance. Hybrid working structure based in Bonn, Germany. Sporadic travel required. Start date: November 2026.
