Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-growing SaaS client in the workforce management space, currently operating at approximately €5M ARR with strong traction in German-speaking markets and expansion underway across Europe. They serve organizations managing frontline and deskless teams with tools for scheduling, time tracking, and operational coordination.

We're seeking a VP Marketing to own and scale the marketing function through the company's next growth phase. This is a true builder role with end-to-end accountability for pipeline, new ARR, and efficient customer acquisition. You'll work directly with executive leadership to refine positioning, establish repeatable go-to-market motions, and build the foundation for international expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy, budget, and operating rhythm with clear accountability for pipeline, ARR, CAC, and payback metrics
• Build and scale a measurable demand generation engine across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, organic channels, content, and SEO
• Drive hands-on campaign optimization including creative development, landing page conversion, and performance analysis—not just vendor management
• Manage full-funnel conversion from first touch through closed deals, including lifecycle marketing, CRM workflows, and nurture programs
• Sharpen positioning and messaging to translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value
• Elevate brand and creative quality while maintaining strong commercial discipline
• Collaborate closely with Sales on shared pipeline and revenue targets
• Partner with Product on launches, self-service initiatives, trial optimization, and product-led growth experiments
• Build marketing team structure, processes, reporting infrastructure, and agency/freelancer partnerships as the function scales
• Lead internationalization of acquisition playbooks for new European markets

What We're Looking For

• Significant in-house experience in B2B SaaS or software companies
• Track record scaling a SaaS business through €3–10M ARR to €15–30M+ ARR or comparable growth stage
• Strong experience with high-volume SMB and lower mid-market acquisition, beyond enterprise ABM only
• Proven ability to generate measurable pipeline, customers, and revenue through marketing initiatives
• Hands-on expertise with Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms, ideally managing budgets of €100k+ monthly
• Deep understanding of CAC, CPL, conversion rates, payback periods, pipeline economics, and ARR dynamics
• Full-funnel thinking from acquisition through closed deals, not just lead generation
• Strong grasp of brand, positioning, messaging, and creative quality alongside performance marketing
• Working knowledge of content marketing, SEO, lifecycle campaigns, CRM systems, and conversion optimization
• Experience collaborating with Sales on shared revenue goals and Product teams on launches and product-led growth
• Leadership experience developing marketing teams while remaining willing to execute hands-on work on campaigns and analysis
• Builder mentality with experience creating or substantially improving teams, processes, reporting, and acquisition systems
• Fluent German and business-fluent English required
