Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-growing preventive health insurance company in Paris. Our client has reached significant scale—serving over one million members across multiple European markets—and is now expanding their Account Executive team to support continued growth.

We're hosting an exclusive recruitment event on Thursday, October 1st, 2026 in Paris (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM at 117 Quai de Valmy). This is a unique opportunity to meet leadership, experience the sales methodology firsthand, and potentially secure a permanent position within 48 hours of the event.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level decision-makers including HR Directors, Finance Directors, and executives across all industries
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through evaluation processes
• Navigate complex deal structures and negotiate with multiple stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales methodology and contribute to product evolution
• Drive pipeline growth and consistently meet revenue targets in a high-growth environment

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing full-cycle B2B sales
• Fluent French (C2 level or higher) and advanced English proficiency
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and close complex deals
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• Highly organized, structured approach to sales with strong empathy for customer needs
• Excellent collaboration skills and positive team attitude
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz
• Available to work in a hybrid model from the office
