Senior Product Manager – Subscriptions

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential streaming media organization in their search for a Senior Product Manager focused on subscription growth. This is a strategic role centered on awareness, acquisition, and activation—shaping how users discover premium value and develop purchase intent across global markets.

You'll own the product strategy for turning consideration into conversion, partnering across product, design, engineering, research, marketing, and data science to build the moments and surfaces that drive sustainable subscriber growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for how users become aware of, experience, and develop intent for premium subscriptions across segments and markets
• Lead discovery, design, and delivery of subscriber-facing features from concept through global rollout
• Drive experiments that deepen understanding of user motivation and measurably move users closer to purchase decisions
• Turn behavioral, funnel, and market data into clear hypotheses, define success metrics, and build a prioritized experimentation roadmap
• Design rigorous A/B experiments to evaluate funnel changes, scaling proven approaches across markets and segments
• Make pragmatic trade-offs across user value, revenue impact, regional nuance, and operational complexity
• Partner with marketing, research, and regional teams to adapt value positioning and messaging for different markets, including high-growth emerging markets
• Communicate strategy, results, and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders, translating funnel mechanics and subscription economics into business impact

What We're Looking For

• Strong track record in product management with shipped consumer-facing products or features at scale
• Experience in subscription, marketplace, consumer growth, or media environments
• Strong instincts for consumer value and understanding of how perception, positioning, and product experience influence willingness to pay
• Ability to break down the path from awareness to conversion and connect product decisions to revenue outcomes (ARPU, LTV, net subscriber growth)
• Fluency in experimentation and A/B testing with confidence interpreting funnel, cohort, and behavioral analysis
• Experience navigating global consumer business complexity across segments, markets, and competitive dynamics
• Strong judgment about when to optimize, invest deeply, or maintain current approaches
• Clear communication and collaborative partnership across cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, marketing, research, and data science
• Comfort working through open-ended problems and adapting approach based on evidence

Location and Work Arrangement

This role is based in London, United Kingdom. Our client offers flexibility to work where you work best, with occasional in-person meetings while maintaining work-from-home options.
