Einrichtungsleitung (m/w/d) – Kreuzberg

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social services organization in Berlin seeking an experienced Facility Director (Einrichtungsleitung) to lead operations at their Kreuzberg location. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) available immediately.

In this role, you will:

• Provide professional, personnel, organizational, and financial leadership for the facility
• Ensure effective occupancy management, personnel management, and organizational operations
• Establish and maintain transparent communication structures internally and externally
• Represent the facility in various committees and professional forums
• Collaborate cooperatively with clients, external service providers, authorities, and community partners
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and contractual obligations
• Implement and continuously develop quality management systems
• Contribute to conceptual development of the facility within regulatory frameworks
• Lead personnel functions including scheduling, team meetings, and staff development
• Oversee facility operations and procurement processes

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• A completed degree (Bachelor, Diplom, Magister, or Master) OR at least 3 years of proven leadership experience in a similar role
• Substantial professional and management experience in relevant fields
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Additional requirements:

• Enhanced background check (Erweitertes Führungszeugnis, not older than 3 months, without entries) required before employment
• Proof of measles vaccination (2 doses) required
