About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential hearing health technology organization seeking a Senior Specialist for Audiology and Training in South Korea. Our client is a global leader in hearing solutions, committed to improving quality of life through innovative products and professional education.
In this role, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs for hearing aid products and fitting procedures, working with internal teams and external partners including clinics and hospitals across the region.
Responsibilities
- Design and operate training programs for hearing aid products and fitting procedures
- Deliver product education and hands-on training to internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and external partners (hearing centers, hospitals)
- Plan and execute training initiatives for new product launches
- Develop and maintain educational content including presentations, manuals, and guideline materials
- Localize APAC and global training materials for the Korean market
- Provide technical support on product features, fitting procedures, and troubleshooting
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Audiology
- Experience in training within the hearing aid industry or medical device sector
- Strong training and presentation skills
- Experience creating educational content (PowerPoint, video materials, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to read English documentation and conduct email communication in English
- Available for domestic and international business travel
Preferred:
- Audiologist certification
- Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation and workflow efficiency
- New product launch project experience
- Conversational English proficiency
