Inventory & Logistics Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization with international operations, and our talent team is seeking an experienced Inventory & Logistics Specialist to join their remote team in Ukraine. This is a full-time position overseeing end-to-end supply chain and inventory operations, including freight management, Amazon FBA coordination, inventory forecasting, and reverse logistics across multiple sales channels.

Responsibilities

Freight & Supply Chain Management:

• Manage end-to-end order placement with factories and track order progress through completion
• Request, negotiate, and select optimal quotes from freight forwarders and determine the best sea freight options
• Design ideal loading configurations for shipping containers to maximize space and reduce costs
• Oversee loading processes through active communication with factories and freight partners
• Track global shipments and proactively mitigate potential delays

Amazon FBA & E-commerce Operations:

• Create and manage Amazon Shipments using software solutions to identify cost-effective warehouse placements
• Oversee receiving of units at Amazon fulfillment centers and partner 3PL warehouses
• Perform thorough reconciliation for all inbound shipments and file claims for missing units
• Coordinate LTL orders for Last Mile transport from 3PL to customers for non-Amazon orders

Inventory Forecasting & Management:

• Monitor inventory levels across all sales channels to prevent overstocking or out-of-stock situations
• Forecast inventory movements and project OOS dates at the SKU level to plan factory orders accurately

Reverse Logistics & Returns Management:

• Create and manage Amazon removal orders for customer returns
• Arrange transport from Amazon to 3PL/processing facilities
• Oversee de-kitting, inspection, and sorting of damaged units

Scale of Operations:

• Approximately 8 container shipments per month
• Approximately 10 LTL orders per week
• Approximately 6 factory orders per year

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or Amazon inventory management
• Proven ability to manage complex shipments and multi-stage fulfillment workflows across international markets
• Strong understanding of Amazon FBA processes and multi-channel e-commerce operations
• Practical experience coordinating international freight, container shipments, and 3PL operations

Technical Skills:

• Deep expertise with Amazon Seller Central, FBA placement optimization, inbound reconciliation, and removal orders
• Hands-on experience with inventory management systems such as SoStocked, RestockPro, Cin7, or Skubana
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for SKU-level forecasting and run-rate models
• Familiarity with container load planning software, freight platforms, and warehouse management systems
