Community & Social Media Manager (all genders) – Teilzeit (max. 32 Std./Woche)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization in Berlin seeking a Community & Social Media Manager for a part-time role (up to 32 hours per week).

In this operational position, you will strengthen our client's brand visibility across social media platforms and build an engaged community. You'll work at the intersection of social media, community management, and digital marketing.

• Create, edit, and publish compelling content for social media channels, including text posts, carousel formats, short videos, and visual assets
• Transform existing materials such as photos, videos, interviews, articles, and podcasts into creative, social-media-ready formats
• Actively engage with the community, partners, and relevant industry contacts to drive reach and growth
• Analyze channel performance and identify which topics and content formats resonate most with target audiences
• Support communications around events, partnerships, campaigns, and additional marketing initiatives
• Coordinate and manage monthly newsletter distribution

What We're Looking For

• Relevant experience in social media, community management, content marketing, or digital marketing (internships, working student positions, or freelance projects count)
• Strong understanding of how LinkedIn and Instagram function, including platform differences and how organizations build sustainable reach and active communities
• Strong sense for storytelling, concise copywriting, and social media communication
• Developed visual sensibility with careful attention to detail
• Fluent English communication skills with confidence in German as well
